What is a digital photo booth?

A digital photo booth is an open air photo booth that has a small footprint so it can be set up nearly anywhere! It’s sleek design with customizable options will make your event unforgettable. With unlimited digital photos that are instantly shareable, the Bozeman Captured Photo Booth will be everyone’s favorite party guest!

Why should I have a photo booth at my event?

Guests of all kinds of events expect something extra, whether it's a surprise form of entertainment or an engaging activity like a photo booth. With the ability to have unlimited photos, boomerangs, GIFs and videos taken, your guests will have a fun experience and you'll get a copy of all of it!


 

Can my event be outside?

Yes! We do ask for a flat area for the photo booth to be set up, and access to a three prong outlet will be required. In case of inclement weather, we will bring a pop-up tent to accommodate. 

 

 

How much space does the photo booth need?

With an 8 foot tall backdrop, we'll need a 10' x 10' area. Without a backdrop, we're able to work with a slightly smaller footprint. 

 

 

What else does it need?

In addition to a dedicated floor space, three prong outlet and WiFi, we don't need much! If your event includes props, we ask for a side table or a cocktail table to lay them out so your guests have easy access to them. 

 

 

Does it print?

No, there's no on-demand print capabilities with the digital photo booth. With the ability to send the photos to guests via QR code, email, and text, your guests instantly get to share on social media the great time they're having!

 

 

What happens if there’s no wifi?

If your event is in a remote location and there's no WiFi or a strong enough cellular signal, guests can still enter their information for text, email, or scan the QR Code and the photos will queue and send as soon as the photo booth is connected again.  

 

 

What is a customized photo overlay? 

A customized photo overlay is a branded image that lays over your guests photo. We'll work with you to customize it based on your event type. For example, an overlay for a wedding will typically have the names of the newly wedded, date of the event and location. For corporate events, we can use your logo or a specialized design. 

 

 

What do you do with the contact information that is provided to send photos? 

Nothing unless you want us to! We are able to collect emails and phone numbers for our corporate clients to use for marketing and lead generation, but we turn on a notice/opt-in so guests know that their information is being collected. We will never sell your guests contact information. 

 

 

Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery, setup and takedown within the Gallatin Valley. Events held in Big Sky, Livingston, Three Forks and beyond will require an additional travel charge. 

 

 

How do I book my event?

Check out our package offerings and contact us! We'll discuss package options, any extras or customize a package that will fit your needs. A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract is required to secure your event date.
